修复 CSS 加载超时:移除 Google Fonts 依赖

国内网络无法访问 Google Fonts,导致首页 CSS 加载超时(ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT)。
→ 移除 Google Fonts 外部字体链接
→ font-brush 回退到系统楷体(KaiTi / STKaiti),仍有书法韵味且零依赖
