fix: 清理 LLM prompt 中的过时引用(confidence/injuries)

Browse Source 
- 全部 agent/match_prediction prompt: deprecated "confidence" → "subjective_confidence"
- aggregator prompt: 移除已删除的 injuries 专家(→standings),修正专家中文名(阵容完整性→联赛排名)

消除预测日志中的 Deprecated field / 未知专家警告。
